We do not ask for Social Security numbers, account numbers or medical records through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your question, prepare the results of the assessment you requested, and follow up about the topic you raised. If you agreed to text messages, we may text you about that request. Message frequency varies and you can reply STOP at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that operate this site and our customer relationship system, and with licensed partners only when doing so is necessary to fulfill the request you made. Those partners are bound to use it for that purpose only.
